Our founder brings real magic to the experience, having worked at Walt Disney World, where creating unforgettable moments and seeing the joy on guests’ faces was more than just a job—it was a calling. Our founding princess, Erin Ryan, created Dare to Dream Entertainment with one goal in mind: to allow herself and others to live out their fairytale dreams, while spreading magic to all.
Born in San Antonio and raised in Austin, Erin grew up moving between cities as part of a military family. From a young age, she learned adaptability, resilience, and the importance of following her passions wherever they may lead.
Her path led her to work at Walt Disney World, where creating unforgettable moments and seeing the joy on guests’ faces from performing acts of “magic moments” became more than a job — it became a calling. That experience shaped the heart of Dare to Dream Entertainment and continues to influence every performance, detail, and interaction today.
What began as a love for performance grew into a mission to spread joy through her many passions. Erin now leads a team of dedicated performers who share her commitment to professionalism, kindness, and magical storytelling. Her Hispanic roots taught her to chase what she loves, and work hard to achieve it. Whether she’s performing as a princess, mentoring her cast, or designing character experiences, Erin’s goal remains the same: to make dreams come true, one magical moment at a time, while sharing her passions with all.
