👑 How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Some dates may book several weeks in advance, but last-minute inquiries are always welcome based on availability.

💳 Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your date and character. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. Full payment details will be provided once availability is confirmed.

🏡 Can parties be held indoors or outdoors?

Absolutely! We can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events.
For outdoor parties, we kindly request to be notified, as to provide for the character’s comfort and safety. Texas weather is wild!

👀 Do parents need to stay during the party?

Yes. An adult must be present at all times. While our performers are fully engaged and professional, Dare to Dream Entertainment does not provide childcare services.

👑 Can I request a specific character?

Yes! You may request your preferred character(s) when booking, EVEN if not listed on our website. We will always do our best to bring the magic to your home, and fit your party’s needs.

✨ How does booking work?

Once you submit the booking form, we’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and answer any questions. Your date is officially secured once availability is confirmed and a deposit is received.

📍 Do you travel?

Yes! Dare to Dream Entertainment proudly serves Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas.

Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area and will be communicated clearly before booking is finalized.

🤒 What if my child or someone in our household is sick?

For the safety of our performers and families, please let us know as soon as possible if someone is ill. We’ll work with you on the best solution based on the situation and timing.

🧚 How many performers attend each party?

Each experience includes one character and a dedicated Royal Attendant. The Royal Attendant assists with activities, timing, and ensuring that the celebration runs smoothly. They will be interacting with the parents throughout the party.
